This clearly IS MLM. But the poster before you had a slight misinterpretation of the rules. You have to sign up, and complete an offer. Then you must get five people to sign up and complete an offer. Then you get an ipod. If one of the five people you got to sign up wants an ipod, they must THEN get five people to sign up and complete an offer. That has nothing to do with you getting one, however.

The problem with this isn't whether it's a scam or not (it's been proven not to be) but the fact that schemes like this saturate so fast. Relatively soon, everyone you know will have been asked to sign up and either done so or declined, either way making them unavailable to sign up under you (unless you're persuasive enough to convert the decliners).

By the way, you can also get flat screen TV's through this offer: www.freeflatscreens.com

In the strictest sense, it IS MLM. However, at the time I first signed up, there were offers there that did not require a credit card to complete, and therefore, there used to be lossless signups possible.

Since that time, its gained popularity, and it has lost some of its better offers. The ebay one was popular, but abused by people creating random email addresses I think.

So far, 2 people have successfully completed. I'm going to have my sister and dad do it, I hope they don't kill you off based on similar last names.

BTW, they just added a stamps.com offer that asks for a CC, but doesn't actually charge anything if you cancel in the first 4 weeks.
