|12:24 am - God, I hate zero-sum games.|
Why on earth do I even try them? They never relax me, and only make me frustrated and annoyed!
zero-sum games? what are those?

A zero sum game is one in which a player can't advance or win, without some other player falling behind or losing. Think of it as player 1 gaining a point at the cost of player 2 losing a point. Hence "zero sum".
hmmmm interesting! I have never heard of this.
Poker is a good example of a zero-sum game, as opposed to, say, Monopoly, where you can all get richer (at the expense of the bank).
Just remember, life is even worse - a negative-sum game, according to Entropy; so:
1. You can't win.
2. You can't break even.
3. You can't opt out of the game.
